Each ml contains 200mcL (equiv 20mcL of Fresh Plant) tinctures of:

• Rock Rose (Helianthemum nummularium)
• Impatiens (Impatiens glandulifera)
• Clematis (Clematis vitalba)
• Star of Bethlehem (ornithogalum umbellatum)
• Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera)
• Contains homeopathic ingredients
• Contains alcohol

Benefits

Rescue Remedy combines the benefits of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum, all discovered by Dr Bach. Traditionally, it has been used to alleviate symptoms of stress and mild anxiety, providing an overall calming effect.

How it works

Each ml of Rescue Remedy contains 200mcl tinctures of each Flower Remedy, all coming together to target emotional imbalances. The only brand with Dr Bach’s signature of authenticity.

Dosage

For use, bring the spray nozzle up to mouth and apply 2 sprays on the tongue whenever required.

Repeat as necessary. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
