How it works

The active ingredient in Betadine Sore Throat Gargle, povidone-iodine, quickly kills bacteria and viruses implicated in a sore throat. Once diluted and gargled, this formula targets the bacteria in your throat and mouth, reducing the number of bad bacteria that may be causing your sore throat.

Dosage

For use, dilute 1ml to 20ml with water using the measure provided and gargle for 30 seconds. Repeat every 3-4 hours if necessary.
