Turmeric has traditionally been used in Western herbal medicine to:
• Relieve mild joint pain and inflammation
• Support liver health
• Assist healthy digestion

Ingredients

• Curcuma longa ext.
• Equiv. to dry rhizome 3.1g
• Equiv. curcuminoids 100mg

It contains no added yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives, or dairy products.

Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule daily with food or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
