Chemists Own Diarrhoea Relief provides effective relief of diarrhoea within 1-3 hours.

Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Do not:

• give to children under 12 years of age
• take if you have a medical condition where constipation should be avoided

See your doctor or pharmacist before use:

• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• if you have a fever, severe stomach pain, bloody diarrhoea or ongoing condition affecting the bowel

Unless advised by a doctor, do not use:

• for more than 48 hours
• during pregnancy or lactation

While using this product: 

• if the condition persists after two days of treatment, seek medical advice as soon as possible
• if dehydration is suspected seek medical attention
• drink plenty of fluids as fluid and electrolyte depletion may occur with diarrhoea

Active Ingredient: Each capsule contains: Loperamide Hydrochloride 2mg & Simethicone 125mg

• No added gluten
• Contains: Sugars (as Lactose)

How it works

The active ingredient in Chemists Own Diarrhoea Relief, Loperamide, slows down the bowel movement and output of secretions in the gut.

Dosage

Adults and children aged 12 years and over:

Take 2 capsules initially followed by 1 capsule after each loose stool, as needed. Maximum of 8 capsules per day.
