How it works

Telfast contains Fexofenadine Hydrochloride, an antihistamine. It works by reducing allergic symptoms and offers relief within an hour, lasting for up to 24 hours. This substance helps in blocking the effects of histamine, which gets produced by your body when exposed to certain allergens.

Dosage

Adults and children from 12 years take 1 tablet daily as required.
